Experiences of people working on the Path

Pathwork is the first source of knowledge in my life that has given me truly powerful tools to unite the spiritual and emotional aspects of my being… It helps me immensely to see and experience myself and the world around me in a completely new way…

Grateful…

I am grateful to myself and to all the helpers for being on the Pathwork… I want to hear the messages of my Heart and ask the Mind to step behind the curtain, observing what is happening from the background. Patiently and bravely, I spent almost a year in confusion, but with a clear longing to finally meet my forgotten pain. And then the magic began—as much as I was able to give, I received just as much, and it seems to me, even more abundantly… Slowly, slowly, gently I accepted and was even able to embrace various contradictions within myself, much of what threatens my mask, what scares me and what I felt was ugly inside me… slowly and gently I also experienced other strengths within myself, those that support, nurture, feed, and love… as my inner space expands, I move more and more confidently in the outer space which expands just the same, I am beginning to create my own day and enjoy it, to rejoice because I inhale and exhale to the rhythm of change…

“DISTANCES, NO MATTER HOW ENDLESS, ARE STILL… PATHS” Ivo Andric

Distances were somehow always there. They challenged me with their mysteriousness and appeared when I least expected them. I didn’t know if they were my allies or if they actually scared me. They would manifest either as a good mood, triggered by nothing, or as fears and rages, also “without foundation”. My own distances. Remoteness from myself, from my truth and the essence of my very own being. I spent years unaware of the Lord’s ways, like a random passerby through the dark tunnels of my subconscious.

I would be lying if I said there was no light there. There was light. Oh, so much light! Only sometimes, when a fine sadness would weave a cobweb around my heart, when a melody or a song would touch that trigger for pain, spaces would open—unknown and dark, yet seductive and attractive—where my soul would close itself off and surrender to them like an old lover… That could last… it would manifest as depression or the absence of desire to be here… there was so much attraction in that ominous surrender… enjoying the nothingness… After some time, illness came as the ultimate manifestation of destruction. Truthful and brave, as I have always been, I decided to look for answers, wanting for the first time to face all the patterns of negativity to which I sometimes, so easily, knew how to surrender. And so it began… first as turning to God, seeking help from God’s servants who failed to convince me of the Truth they preach (after all, they are just servants; luckily, I didn’t let them separate me from God in their ignorance to convey the Truth), then Transactional Analysis… which truly helped me turn on the light and clarify many things… a significant shift happened there… but the PAIN remained… a satisfied mental level could not help the emotional level pull itself out of the weeds where my fears, sadness, helplessness, and nothingness remained deeply rooted… And then, probably when I was finally ready, it was PATHWORK’s turn. The resistances were great. It was as if all internal demons had united to separate me from the work. My psychological experience gave me the support and the necessary determination to persevere. Now I am in the second year of the Transformation Program. The results are immense. I recognized distances only as paths leading somewhere. I would say that Pathwork is the greatest spiritual journey through one’s own life. With the lights turned on. Well-placed warning signs. Boundaries on the road. Fences on all risky curves. A black spot where needed. Speed limits. Safe asphalt. Good co-drivers and companions. And of course, with two brilliant traffic officers: Lini and Meri, who truly love their job and teach us how to drive safely.

Love is the ultimate place of truth that Pathwork preaches. We are connected with the love inside us. For ourselves and others. For Mother Earth. For all beings that surround us. Love as an ally and the Unifier. Connected by love, we walk united on the path of Light. Towards ourselves as the center. A final return home! Into the safety and warmth of a home, nestled on the most beautiful glade of our soul, deep in the heart.

For as long as I can remember, everything life brought my way was a problem only because I didn’t value or love myself at all. The most important thing to me was what and how other people thought about me. I wanted to change that nightmare, but I didn’t know how until the Pathwork school appeared. With their help and guidance, I started changing myself and my outlook on life, and that makes me exceptionally happy.

Jasna K., second-year student of the Pathwork school from Osijek.

Pathwork is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me in my life. It is a gift from God.
Slowly but surely, it frees me from the shackles of the mask and ego, fears, and helplessness—long-imposed limitations.
I am finally beginning to breathe, live, and rejoice in every new feeling that leads me on a beautiful path of discovering my own interiority.
With an open heart, and with the help and support of wonderful people, I am stepping forward towards a major turning point in relation to the only life we have
and for which we ourselves are responsible.
